So I decided to start this Blog in order to send out the message to the Universe ( and to anyone listening)  that I am ready to start sharing one of the gifts that I have been given in this Life, and that gift is making some of the best and tastiest food my friends and family have ever had.....so they say.

I also wanted to have a spot to start sharing all the amazing things I experience everyday in the food business. I plan on putting out a cookbook next year and want to document the process and share my thoughts and feelings about life, cooking, and my experience as a chef and person. So here goes!! Wish me luck!
