I've been eating their Spaghetti...Interesting. I've been eating their Spaghetti a la Greek since the early 80's, and have been searching for a way to make it like Joe's does. Curious about the cheddar, though. As long as I've eaten it, there has never been cheddar in it, nor is it listed in the description on their menu.
